Computer running too slow? Need help installing a program? Just want to make sure your computer is running like it should? I can help.

If you are on a high-speed internet connection, I can tune up/repair your computer just as if I were sitting there at your desk.

On your end, all you do is a couple of clicks on my website and then tell me a 4-digit Support ID (no software needs to be installed on your computer). Trust me, it is really easy.

Here is what we do:

First, I connect with you by telephone (assuming you are in the US or Canada). This way, we can discuss exactly what is happening throughout the procedure. You will see me moving the cursor on your screen just as if I were sitting next to you.

Third, we go over any specific issues you have been having with the computer, and come up with specific solutions.

Finally, I will send you (by email) a complete summary of my findings and recommendations, so that you will have that for your records.

The cost for a complete tune-up as described above is $60. This service will normally take less than one hour, unless we find some major problem(s). Any time spent over 1 hour is billed at my regular rate of $60 per hour, in 15 minute increments. Of course, you can decide at any time how much time you want to spend beyond the initial hour. The majority of computers are tuned up and running like a champ within 45 to 60 minutes.
